SALINAS, Calif. -- A jury is considering the fate of a Las Lomas man accused of killing his brother-in-law and trying to kill his sister.Jury deliberations are expected to resume Tuesday in the case against Darryl Lipska.Prosecutors said Lipska stabbed Billy White to death and then stabbed his sister before setting the family's trailer ablaze with three children inside the home.
The children escaped the fire unharmed.Lipska's first trial ended in a hung jury.
