PACIFIC GROVE, Calif. -- Authorities have identified the man whose body was found in the water near Ocean View Boulevard in Pacific Grove on Monday as 55-year-old Kenneth Robert Burrell, from the Sacramento area.Police said Burrell apparently parked his vehicle late Sunday afternoon or early Sunday evening and launched a kayak from Lovers Point Beach.
His body was found less than a mile north of Lovers Point.
