SALINAS, Calif. -- A Monterey County woman may find out today whether or not she will stand trial on charges she killed someone by injecting them with fake botox.Martha Vasquez is accused of killing a Castroville woman by injecting her with cooking oil and claiming it was botox.Prosecutors will try to convince a judge there is sufficient evidence to put Vasquez on trial for second-degree homicide.
Prosecutors have accused Vasquez of injecting several women with the oil, charging them as much as $400 per shot.
